So exactly what does it take to succeed with a network marketing business. Most experts tend to agree on the following attributes:

1. You must be prepared to “network” with likeminded people. People who join network marketing companies and do nothing never get anywhere. The only way to succeed is to get involved and build your business. Now this doesn’t mean you have to become a leech to your friends and family and sell them stuff, or join them up. On the contrary, most successful MLMs run proper businesses, they learn the value and develop the skills needed to generate quality leads to their business. People who are already looking for the products or services they are selling and offer their products.
2. You must have some marketing knowledge, or be prepared to learn some. The internet has been a godsend for people looking to generate leads to any type of business. Gone are the days when you had to run newspaper, classifieds, radio ads or letter box drops in order to generate leads. Nowadays anyone looking for pretty much anything is looking online. So all you need to do is know how to get your message in front of the people who are already looking for it. Most good network marketing companies offer some kind of basic level marketing support, but it’s always a good idea to seek out those who are willing to go the extra mile and teach you everything you need to succeed.
3. You must be prepared to do some real work. A lot of people join network marketing companies looking to “get rich quick”. But the reality is, most of them are not prepared to do the work it takes to be successful. Yes there is a lot of money to be made in network marketing, but it’s not a sure thing, you still have to work hard, especially at the beginning if you want your business to take off. (just like you do in any business venture, or anything else worth doing for that matter)
4. Believe in the products you are selling. This should be obvious, but needs to be said anyway, make sure you choose a company who sell products that you actually believe in, use and are happy to recommend other people use. To be success in your business you are going to be spending quite a bit of time talking about your products, so make sure it is something you can relate to and get excited about selling.

My First Public Speech - RNheals BATCH 1

One year ago on Valentines Day , I was single , jobless , penniless and a nobody .


To our exalted and most gorgeous director. Dr. Leonita P. Gorgolon . Assistant Regional Director , Dr. Cesar Cassion. Honored guest at the presidential table , Father of RNheals-Caraga Jerimias Dapar . Provincial health team leaders , DOH reps colleges good morning .

What your mind conceives becomes your reality . It has been a year since we all started this auspicious journey and so far we have leveled-up in every aspect of our character . Though I say it was never easy . It was tough ! For reality is unfair isn't it not ? But reality is yours alone and if you dream enough , reality becomes unfair in your favor .


Dreams are not enough . In order to achieve success one must pair it with actions . That is the most basic of formulas. The experience introduced me to many firsts . It also provided me with many memories that i will treasure . Though I must agree that not all memories are good , nonetheless they are crucial to learning and growing .


My experience taught me that a nurse should be constantly beautiful inside and out . The world was made beautiful by our Creator , hence it should deserve good looking nurses . A therapeutic care should begin with a therapeutic face . It should be an endeavor for a nurse to be aesthetically pleasing to his clients . It is vital in gaining trust and rapport.


Another , I learn to live an adventure . Each day holds the promise of a brand new story . Like Dora the Explorer we are going places . To get to the area we have to "cross the river , climb the mountain and trek the forest" RIVER ! MOUNTAIN ! FOREST ! A one year vacation all this while being paid 8k a month . This makes nursing more fun in the Philippines . 


Here our knowledge is further expanded . Can you imagine diseases like na-pasmo , na gabaan , gi barang , nawakwakan , gi kulam panuhot and many more . Have you encountered this nursing diagnosis ? "Acute abdominal pain related to nunu sa punso? The books never mentioned them yet we understand how the patient feels .Because RNHEALS provided us with the opportunity to learn from the best of teachers , they are called experience and real life . I also learned to appreciate mistakes , because in committing mistakes  we   become smarted . Our usefulness is not based on the number of books we read or the number of training we have undergone but on how much we learn from experience and how much of that knowledge we used to help others.


During the past year I really appreciate being a nurse. It made me practice my skill to the people who needed it most . To welcome a child to this world , to alleviate pain , to give care , compassion and love , and if all else fail provide comfort to the dying . It also made me a vital member of the local community and an icon of living a healthy life.


I am grateful for the modest income . At least for some of us having our own income bought a bit of relief from our parents . It gave me the liberty to plan , and to save my resources . In a way we are now more responsible for our own financial future . Because of RNHEALS I was able to buy assets which gave me that satisfying feeling of claiming a property as my own .


I also learned that in order to achieve your dreams , a person must NOT work hard . Rather he should work SMART . A hard working person is not efficient , he lacks planning and efficiency that is why he is working hard in the first place . A smart working person will get the same job done yet  still have time and energy outside of work .


Perhaps the most precious contribution RNHEALS gave me is that it made my voice be heard , I became a catalyst for change . Affecting many lives and making them better . That itself is enough of a reward.


Allow me to read a line from Jan Hilado's upcoming book , a message before we go our separate ways . 


"I personally don't believe in Destiny or Fate , that our life has already been written on paper , because God made us with a magnificent brain with the power to choose and decide for our own life . 


But i do believe that we all have a PURPOSE to fulfill our God's Promise  to us to be Great to be Successful , to grow and evolve as human beings, to more Loving , Kind and Compassionate and become more like Him , to be significant to others , to Live , Love, and Laugh , and to leave this world BETTER...than we found it . <3


Here I am now standing in front of you , one year later . Still single , soon to be jobless , with 500 pesos on my bank account , BUT now I can say , "I am somebody " I AM RNHEALS .

Jonathan "Spartan" Sumogat

Last 2010, I went to Davao City to attend an amateur grappling tournament. And in the middle of the confusion I surprisingly fought a 90 kg(+)  , 6 ft (+) Caucasian male as my opponent . I was 75 kg at the time , and was defeated, though it was not embarrassing because I gave a good show . 

As I continued watching the games till the end, when I witnessed a sight so marvelous to behold . I saw my previous opponent , Luke , he is to fight a teenager around 17/18 years old at the time . I, at first glance thought that the kid was a country bumpkin with no chance of winning . I was like "Dude seriously , its like David and Goliath ." What happened next was epic , the matched ended and this boy won , just like in the story where David defeated a Goliath . I swallowed my words and he made a fan out of me .

Two years later January of  2012 , during the CEBU 7 DOMINATE URCC It was eventful to be able to meet and befriend the guy . I noticed him at the preperation area of the event hall . He is a VERY quite person  , and very humble, and courteous and polite . I am already familiar with the name . He is what i might say a very mysterious man . Its funny how I got to initiate a conversation with him . As I was lurking around the event hall looking for the fighters and hopefully take nice shots  , I saw Spartan , I came closer hoping to snag a fan pic of him (tee hee) and to my surprise he handed he what seems to be a flier of some sort . I read the flier its seems to be verses from the Holy Bible . I inquired further why is he giving fliers right after victory ; his coach further explained that he is a 7th day Adventist and he is forbidden to fight on that day because of religion so he is making up by giving fliers . Later when I approached him again he opened up a bit and i was able to learn a bit of this champions life . 

What I learned during our conversation:

1.He is taking  up education to further improved his teaching skills . (He teaches his art how cool is that)

2.He eats mostly vegetables . 

3.He is lives in Davao City.

3.He is a very religious person . We have different views but we both believe in Jesus. 

4.He has a brother named Titan who is also a fighter . 

5.He has so many awards . I was in awe, I am actually talking to an international champion

I am so happy to have met and befriend such a person . I hope to see more of his games . He is young and so  have much potential . Clearly he is a warrior fitting of his name. Jonathan "SPARTAN" Sumogat  a prodigy . Not only has he got good fighting skills and but also sport such good character . Religious , optimistic , humble and many more . It is rare to see people like him , much more to meet them in person . And God being the main  topic during our conversation has blessed  me to meet him and share thoughts with him. Having seen him fight in the ring is one good thing having a conversation with him is life changing . I am glad that I was able to meet him and learn from the experience . Perhaps with such wisdom I will grow as a fighter and as a person . May God bless you , and the people you hold dear , and grant you strength during your fights .

Live life of endless possibilities...PART 2 (The beggar )

Something inside me changed...no its not gas or mutation its on the way I think . I did some of the of the assignments on the money magnet seminar and it did changed my life.

GIVE TO A BEGGAR ...

Before the seminar I used to scorn beggars. I think of them as useless parasitic members of society whose bodies are deemed useless they become fertilizers or donated to some medical institution for reseach or as cadaver . John Calub says "Beggars are angels of prosperity" . During the stay at Cebu he asked us to find a beggar the same night after the event ; and so me Twinkle and Evan went beggar hunting . I said that beggars are easily found if they caught wind of what John Calub said , they would advertise themselves outside the mall with open palms and with big sign boards thats says "I AM BEGGAR". When we went outside there was no beggar . We walked a bit to the place where they should be flocking ; there was no BEGGAR. We confused random people to be beggars , a mechanic , an emo kid , drunkard , dirty people but no beggars. Even on our way to the mall that morning Twinkle and I saw a catatonic beggar and yet even she disappeared . OMG someone took all the beggars !!!! It wasn't until Mandaue where we found our authentic beggar. And she wasn't even begging , she was sleeping outside an ATM so I figured out that she was sleeping there to be the first person to withdraw from it or something.

So when I went back to Butuan I did the UUBE ..."ULTIMATE URBAN BEGGAR EXPERIMENT" this is simply to understand the beggar and decipher its promise of abundance and prosperity as John Calub said.

I found out that beggars are very fashionable. They are creative  they so many accessories made from recyclable and indigenous materials . They even layer their fabric that would rival those Paris , New York , or Milan . And as proof I will show you a picture of Brother Sharp claimed to be the sexiest man on China ..YES he IS a beggar .

To feel what a beggar feels I took it upon my audacity and shamelessness and a bit of courage to dress the part. Dress as a beggar what am I thinking ? And not just once but on two occasions . An here is the catch . I am not to be known and use public transport and survive the parties I attended before and after .

Here you can see me on a beggar outfit . My skin may appear yellow but its not shit its acrylic paint . I attended a Halloween party at Boy's , one of the hottest venues in town where the upper income class have parties . Look at that Jollibee bag I was holding . Yes , I came from Jollibee prior this picture was taken . The photo-shoot have stopped because the photographer thought I was real . Yes , sad to say beggars are not welcome to private transport and eating at a fast food restaurant in peace is out of the question. Here I didn't a prize for my costume was so WTF . Instead a prize was made to accommodate me . I didn't win the prize I created the category and won it its called "Some random stranger my choice award".

                                                   "I'm NOT a beggar I'm LADY GAGA"


A businessman who refuse to be named invited me to his company Christmas party dressed as a beggar . Another opportunity to dressed a beggar. Wow , to think people would actually invite me to a party . His goal was to place me before the door of the venue hall to scare his employees. O_O.

During these two events I suffered. Many times the jeepney would not stop at me, on the occasion I asked somebody to stop a jeep for me , they stopped but speed right away the moment i made my first step. People stare , as I approached Jollibee the open door was suddenly closed as if to made sure that I wont get in . It wasn't till I started speaking in English and threatened to smash the door with my umbrella and file a case for discrimination that they let me in. I receive stares , glares and peering looks that would tear upon your soul . Surprisingly only the actual beggars noticed that I was a fake.

I would like to share personal experience regarding beggars . It was one cold Monday . Ashley asked me if I was to entertain a prospect for Vmobile . I said yes and decided to uses Gaisano Butuan foodcourt as the meeting place .I so surprised to meet three people , a family, father ,  son and niece. As I began the orientation I feel uneasy and unaccustomed. It was my first time presenting and in front of three people  , I was losing confidence , they showed some doubts . Then out of the blue a miracle happened. A beggar came to me , interrupted us and asked for alms . I was like WTF a beggar in the mall? Mall beggars ?? This have to some kind of prank , of all the places a mall food court on the fourth floor , How did he pass by the guards? Why me of all people ? Why not my prospects they dressed nicely and I just dressed clean . They are the ones with BLING BLING .  And why only ME? (Insert John Calub flashback here) That moment I inserted my fingertips to my pocket , I managed to pull out a twenty , I gave it to the child (seems 10-13 years old,male). I faced my prospects and humbly apologized for the event. As turn my attention to the kid he disappeared to the crowd. Later they joined me opened their accounts and I earned 2000 pesos . Appearing and disappearing, remember Cebu? Beggar Magic? Believe it !!!

Beggars are what I would like to call prosperity detectors. They have the innate ability to detect if a person were to receive a financial blessing in the immediate future . I have seen beggars select their prospects . I even tried actively giving a beggar money and curiously they would refuse me. So now if I have prospects I asked them "Have you recently given money to a beggar? " If the answer is Yes then that is good news.

Beggars are healthy . Yes they may be dirty or smelly but have you actually seen a beggar suffer from allergic dermatitis from all the pollution? Did you see one have allergies to shrimp or chicken , they eat from the trash and not get cholera or ecoli . I doubt if they wash their hands ? Curios no?

Beggars live in high prized real estates . Have you seen beggars sleep at the slums ? No , they sleep at fast food stores , government parks , under bridges. If you see beggars at your real estate be happy . Welcome them soon your property will rise in value .

Beggars frequent high traffic places. (No wonder one got in the mall) They maximize their alms by finding locations with high foot traffic. These places are great for vending machines and giving away fliers and coupons .

Beggars don't complain about being poor. They know the secret of abundance . They are always  thinking "I
 will always have money" I hear nothing from beggars but thank yous and God bless yous , and they even sing you carols. And no , you can't teach a beggar . And some would say that that they are lazy or they are capable of working , sure they may look meaty and robust but the problem here might be mentally . Beggars play an important rule in the universe.  And that is to help you proper and be generous . And who knows you might meet some interesting ones like this guy.

                                                        All I asked for was one biscuit. 

Live life of endless possibilities...PART 1

The story I am about to relay is a true to life account of my experiences in Cebu and how the people changed my life. To begin with I have known my friend Twinkle through my best friend , she invited me to Vmobile, I opened a tripack and wasn't earning yet because I haven't the time to share the business  . You see, I work as a nurse in a self proclaimed third class municipality district hospital . Its boring there . There is even shit every where , we are surrounded by rice paddies and the cow endlessly grazed on what is supposed to be our lawn . I call him our eco-friendly lawnmower. In short I was bored , broke and soon subject to depreciation like the rest of this third class backwater frontier sleepy town which is located in the middle of nowhere .

And then  the universe set into action . I received a random invitation from my friend Twinkle . The invitation says that i have to get my ass in CEBU we chatted a bit through texting and the moment I got back in the city I asked for details and I was presented this .....

I was like "Money magnet ??!!! deeeyyymm gurrrll how am suppose to be that " And Twink was like just get here .  I giving you a 8000  ticket now worth 500 and I'm giving it to you something like that...for FREE !! And I was like where will I sleep? What will I eat ? But being the petty creature I was before , I was lured with the word free and a green ticket with "MONEY MAGNET" on it and some bald guy who dresses up like Morpheus in The Matrix, smiling , doing the OK sign and with one palm open. So I said what the heck and made plans to Cebu with a modest budget, be on a back and forth ticket boat with the cheapest of accommodations .

THE FIRST SIGN ......

Upon arrival to this metropolis I was instructed to go AS Fortuna in Mandaue City . I was like "WTF I don't even know Cebu and now she expects me to go on a different city" But what surprised me the most is that she lives in a place called AS FORTUNA . Wow so the name itself means fortune . Coincidence . ??
 As I arrived to the place I was told to wait for a bit because she would fetch me . So I waited outside the fast food chain Jollibee as instructed and to make sure I will be seen I stood next to the giant ant or bee as what other people would call him .

Twinkle picked me up , lodged me properly to my room where surprisingly the priced increased . I met her mom and tita and we had breakfast together . And Twinkle and I made plans for the first day ...Weeeeeee

The Radical Millionaires

The afternoon before the event I get to meet and greet the people Twinkle kept on talking about . I may not recall their names but they are so memorable . I was really impressed to how they handled stuff organizing the event . I was really fascinated , being new and all I kept my mouth quiet and helped out with the event . They think differently and act differently . They were serious but never boring always with the teasing and smiling . And without exaggerating NOT a single negative word came out of their mouth , words like (never , impossible , i cant ) . And yes they are all good looking, strange for a group to have so many positive qualities at once they are indeed without a question radical . And I am happy that I'm a radical millionaire too , at least in the way I see it ,they inspire me .


THE DAY THAT CHANGED MY LIFE ..FOR THE BETTER...XD

It was a Sunday and me and Twinks woke up early and went to the mall only to find out that the wall is closed yet. So we have to circle the mall to go to the other side and roundevous with other friends . After suffering the exhausting morning sun we found out that the other entrance of the mall is still closed . So we headed to the other entrance . I was introduced to some guy named Lyne and that he will serve as my partner to the rest of the activities for the day . An organizer of the event came and with him a few parcels and things so with that I helped and was allowed to enter the mall , Twinks stayed behind to sell tickets. Me and Lyne registered and seated ourselves at the front of the stage near the reserved seat near the giant projector screen . And then he came John Calub a man that would change me for the better . My first impression was like OMG THAT BALD GUY looks like the one in the poster . He started speaking and he caught my attention then later on he stated about weird laws of the universe on prosperity and abundance I was like is this guy serious ? How is thinking differently going to help me ? Then I heard the crowd looked around and saw that all the seats were filled if not some were standing . Who is this guy and why would people flood to him . So I decided to listen to his stories . It was very inspiring if not to look uncool or unmanly I would have cried . He even let some of the people in the front row smell books (yes i was in the front row ) so I smelled the books (omg i smelled moldy ancient books ) but it smelled authentic. He taught us how different law attract money and I was indeed able to realized  that. He also taught us on how to pay myself first a method which I practice today and I must say I is very effective which i will share in part two of these stories . By the time i had noon break I was thinking differently . To my surprise too the woman next to me testified to how her life changed for the better (i was sitting next to a millionaire) And I thank him for that .

After that event I have become a money magnet .I now blog . I no longer worry over to when my next salary would be . I will always have money . Even I quit I can live for a few months . Money now works for me . I give more . I now give to God. And I can spend now without regrets . I changed myself for the better hope u will to .

I GOT CRABS

Ever since my dad came back from the US we have been travelling in several occasions to Zamboanga Sibugay. There with the help of our other relatives we are trying to start a Fish/Crab colony.

The area roughly a few hectares of muddy mangrove . The place is wonder full . There are so many flora and fauna around.

                                               This is me disguising myself a swamp creature.

                                              Remember that the mighty crab has a weak spot.

                                                      Beware of the pincers now.

So this is how it goes . The captured crabs are the culled for quality . The young, children , pregnant , skinny , and those crabs with defects (ripped of pincers; they will grow back eventually) gets to see another beautiful day or if we are hungry we eat them by whim . Those who chosen ones are then classified according to species (regular mud crab, king crab) , according to gender (male , female and gay ) yes there are gay crabs ...depending on the abdomen shape and fatty deposits . and lastly by size. The one I caught was shipped to Hong Kong.

This business is fun all you need is land , a crab expert , a buyer for exporting , 24 hour guard (usually tenants who live there and guard the lad for you , and loyal maintenance people . With luck usually crab prices vary from 800-2000 pesos per crab depending on said factors ...

This is it for now more crab adventures next time .

SPERM BUSINESS ~o ~o ~o O

I know the topic seems uncomfortable and a bit distasteful . But yes this post is all about SPERM and its reflection . A sperm is a cell responsible for  reproduction . It contains 23 chromosomes in which it encodes random traits from your father , combined with the other half from the female egg cell they form a gamete in a process called fertilization . And hence life begins during this magical union.

Why is SPERM so special  ???

To produce sperm the testicles of a man must be 1 degree Celsius cooler than that of the human body . That is why testicles and their ball sack is anatomically located dangling outside from the male internal viscera. The anatomy of a sperm is also very curios . Why you say ? Because sperm is different looking , it has a head a body and a tail. The tail is a common trait among other microbes in the protozoan kingdom but not on normal human cells. Between the female egg cell and the sperm , it is the sperm that decides your gender .

There are lessons to learned from the humble sperm . And I do hope that this serves as a reflection since humans are literally at one point in their life is 1/2 sperm.

YOUR ARE SO DAMN LUCKY . A certain male person can only produce quality sperm ( numerous, fast moving ) after his puberty years . Assuming that this person is free with diseases he releases sperm during ejaculations , not all during the acts of coitus sex.Some during wet dreams or nocturnal emissions or random repetitive palmar action . Some who engage in coitus doesn't do it with a woman . Not all who engages coitus with a woman uses the right orifice . Not all who uses the vagina ejaculates inside , and in a 28 day cycle a woman ONLY gets 24 hours to be fertile . Not to mention that the vagina is a very hostile place for the sperm . So if the batch of sperm is a bunch of weak ass wusses the batch is simply incinerated  by vaginal acids or reabsorbed in the vaginal wall or killed by patrolling immune cells. Each ejaculation contains millions of sperm . Some of your sperm brothers or sisters ended up on linens , wrong orifices or killed in action . Millions of sperms are wasted before one child is made.

This is only one of the many reasons why each of us has infinite potential. Each child is the product of a MEGA LUCKY SUPER BATTLE VETERAN CHAMPION SPERM. Each child is a champion among millions . That ONE who made it . God is really amazing for designing such a sophisticated way to make sure that each person is nothing but the best . So next time you feel down because you failed at something , stand up and remember that you are already a champion before you were born .
